Simon Booth pitched pedal-free children's balance bikes, designed to teach toddlers to balance before they move on to pedals.

The short answer is no for the company that ran the brand through most of its life. It appointed a liquidator partway through 2023.

The Terms

Booth wanted £75,000 for a 30 percent stake, and the record shows both Duncan Bannatyne and Hilary Devey backing the pitch.

For roughly a decade after the show, the brand built a genuinely strong name for itself, tying its bike designs to licensed characters and franchises and selling through international marketplaces as well as its own store.

A 2023 Turning Point

By previous accounts, the company formally entered liquidation partway through 2023, a step that generally marks the end of a business's normal trading life.

A website and marketplace pages carrying the brand name can still turn up in 2026, so any current listing under that name is worth treating with some caution rather than assuming it continues the original business.

Note: Based on the public record; company situations can change, so treat this as a snapshot.
