Is Kimaï Still in Business? (2026 Update)

Jessica Warch and Sidney Neuhaus pitched Kimaï in season 21, presenting a fine jewellery line built entirely around lab grown diamonds and recycled gold, positioned as a more traceable, lower impact alternative to mined stones.

Yes, still trading, and by the available evidence doing rather well. Kimaï is a registered UK company with a live, well stocked shop and a founder team that has talked publicly about strong revenue growth since the pitch aired.

What they pitched in the Den

Kimaï asked for £250,000 in exchange for just 3% of the business, a strikingly high implied valuation for the size of the ask. Steven Bartlett agreed to back the pitch on those terms.

Warch and Neuhaus, childhood friends who founded the company in 2018, built Kimaï around jewellery made exclusively from lab grown diamonds and recycled gold, with diamonds produced in India and pieces assembled in Belgium and Thailand, prices spanning from around £220 for a single earring up to £25,000 for bespoke commissions.

Are they still trading?

Companies House lists Kimaï Ltd, company number 11545199, as active, incorporated in August 2018, well before the Dragons' Den appearance and still on the register today.

At the time of the pitch the founders said annual revenue was on track to reach around £5 million, and Kimaï has since raised a reported $1.52 million across two funding rounds from seven investors, on top of whatever came from the on air deal, which is the kind of ongoing investor interest that tends to dry up around a company that is winding down.

Can you still buy it?

Yes. Kimaï's own site, kimai.com, was live with a full shop section when we checked, listing lab grown diamond jewellery in 18k recycled gold across a wide price range.

Because Kimaï sells directly to consumers rather than through third party retailers, its own site is the definitive place to check current stock and pricing rather than relying on any secondary listing.

Note: Status checked July 2026; company situations change, so treat this as a snapshot.
