The pitch
What walked into the Den
Icy Edible Mouthwash, Larry Laing’s swallowable natural mouthwash gel from Bedford, Nova Scotia, featured in season 20, episode 8. It carried one of the smaller self-valuations of the season.
Opened with a bid for $75,000 against 50 percent, a valuation landing near $150,000.

What happened next
With the result absent, the live status is the piece we can confirm.
We could not fully confirm the shop. In July 2026 the site carried marketing copy and a store page titled around featured products, but no items rendered for us, which often means a catalog that loads through scripting our fetch did not capture. Because we could not see a working checkout, availability stays unverified.

The Hub verdict
The ask is one of the smaller self-valuations of the season. Putting half the business on the table for a five-figure sum works out near one hundred and fifty thousand, and that split reads as a founder chasing a partner and validation as much as cash.
Nothing settles how the pitch ended, so we make no deal claim. Status is unresolved: the site carried marketing copy and a featured-products page, but no items rendered for us, which often means a script-loaded catalog our fetch missed. Without a visible working checkout we hold availability as unverified, and we would rather say that than guess the shop is thriving or gone.
A half-company ask at a low valuation, status unconfirmed.
Worth knowing: A store page that will not render is not the same as a closed shop, so we withhold any buy claim until a live listing confirms it.
