Best Dragons Den Electronics Deals

Electronics sits below the halfway mark in our records, with only 12 deals out of 26 pitches, a 46.2% deal rate. It is a category that swings between small practical gadgets and genuinely ambitious, capital heavy ideas.

This list covers the category's two clearest surviving businesses, its biggest ask, and one of its more dramatic rejected offers.

Kerbo Charge

Mike Gordon and Ben Whittaker asked for £50,000 for 6% of their EV charging cable channel in season 21 and agreed that exact deal with Deborah Meaden.

Its own site is a live company page today with an active order flow and published pricing, one of the clearest still trading businesses in this whole category.

Sync box

Steve Noyes and Duncan Summers pitched their recessed, covered power and AV outlet in season 13 and secured a deal.

The Syncbox SB Direct is listed as in stock today through a specialist electrical retailer, complete with a published price.

Bee Automobiles

Stephen Voller asked for £2,500,000 in return for 30% of Bee Automobiles in season 7, the second largest ask of any pitch in our entire dataset, and left without a deal.

The implied valuation, over £8.3 million, ranks among the highest of any pitch we tracked, electronics or otherwise.

Westhawk

Eddie Middleton was offered £255,000 for 48% of Westhawk in season 7 by Peter Jones and James Caan, but turned the offer down.

It is one of the largest rejected offers in the entire Electronics category, and one of the largest in our full dataset.

3 rings Care

Stephen Purdham's 3 rings Care asked for £300,000 in season 13, one of the biggest asks the category has produced, and left the Den without a deal.

It is a good example of how much bigger some Electronics asks get compared to the smaller household gadgets that make up most of the category.

Saboteur Crime Prevention

Samantha Gore's Saboteur Crime Prevention asked for £275,000 in season 6 and left without a deal.

It rounds out a category where big, ambitious asks are common, but the deal rate still sits under half.
