Our read
The Hub verdict
Pouch built a browser extension that surfaces voucher codes as you shop, and Ben Corrigan and Jonny Plein pitched it in season 15 for 75,000 pounds against 18%. That unusual 18% ask values the company at roughly 417,000 pounds. A deal was agreed, though the aired episode kept the final figures back, so the 18% marks the opening rather than the close. An oddly specific equity slice like that often reflects a pre-set cap table the founders were trying to protect. Judged on the ask alone, it is a confident but not reckless valuation for a shopping-tech tool. We will not guess at undisclosed terms, and whether the extension is still running is a check we owe before saying so here.
Worth knowing: Deal terms reflect the aired episode and are public record. Availability can change, and we only add a buy link once we have confirmed a current listing.
