Tech and Software pitches are a regular feature of the Den. We track 8 of them here, following each past the episode to see which turned into a product you can actually buy.
A buy link only appears once we have confirmed a current listing, so this hub stays honest about which tech and software pitches we could verify and which we could not.
Tech and software is where the valuations go big. Look After My Bills implied a Β£3,000,000 business, Playbrush Β£2,000,000, and both Beezer and Zapper landed near Β£833,000, numbers no other category comes close to. The trade-off is equity, because founders here part with the thinnest slices, down to a mere 3%.
It is also the least settled shelf we run. Only two of the eight deals were disclosed, five stayed private, and Playbrush is the fleet's boldest walkaway, asking Β£100,000 for 5% and leaving with nothing. Most of these pitches gather in seasons 15 and 16.
Highest valuations, thinnest equity, and the most secrecy.
